When this thought came to me years ago I was contemplating the gifts that God gives to us.
The talents, abilities, gifts, & things that each individual carries.
The marks of God like fingerprints on our soul.
The problem is, that I see so many people not using their gifts.
Wasting the investment that God has made in their hearts and lives.
Sometimes it’s just ignorance.
Sometimes it’s because the gift has been squashed by either well-meaning friends or family, or perhaps church leaders that never gave them opportunity to express their gift.
And sometimes it may be that they simply don’t realise what they’ve been given and feel like God could never use them the way He uses other people.
Part of the fire that God has lit in my heart, is to empower believers that have either never recognised their gift, or have stuffed it so far down that they feel like it can never be brought back.
You need to know that what God has put in you He has not taken away.
He’s not a man that he should repent.
Stir up that gift that is within you.
Fulfil your ministry.
God has certain people that He has placed in your life and around your life that nobody else can reach.
It’s you.
Stop waiting for someone else.
Stop waiting to be old enough.
Stop saying you’re too old.
Stop saying it’s too late.
All it takes is for you to return to your relationship with God.
God hasn’t moved.
He still desires intimacy with you, and it is possible.
Give God the opportunity to show himself strong in your life once again.
Don’t give up on God.
Don’t give up on yourself.
